		<description>No where has this approach been more evident to me than in Skelliewag&#039;s website.  She gave and gave and gave to her readers and offered her professional services for free.  As a result, she earned 3,000 subscribers and a pagerank of 6 in a very short time frame.  But she worked for it, and she provided real value to anyone who asked for it.  It was so neat to watch it happen.</description>
